Bex and his apprentice Kaleb (sp?) came out and kicked a**. They trouble shot our first electrical concern and added an outlet for the booster fan of the dryer vent all in less than an hour. I'd absolutely suggest Sundog Electric for your electrical needs.

Sundog is top-dog! When Johnny and Bex encountered some unknown obstructions while running an electrical line beneath a sidewalk next to my garage, they didn't just throw up their hands and cut a big, obnoxious notch in the concrete. Instead, they brought in reinforcement (Lucas) and kept trying to make it work. Their optimism and persistence paid off and they were able to complete the new circuit for an EV charger in the garage. Then, when the inspector dinged them for not installing an exterior shutoff on the garage, even when the shutoff on the main panel was literally a 3-second walk away, they returned only two days later to cheerfully and expertly modify the job. They didn't badmouth the inspector, but instead said they understood and that the inspector sometimes has to make tough calls. That's the definition of professionalism.

Brian and his team are fantastic - from start to finish! I had several small projects that surpassed my abilities that I had been putting off. Sundog came by to give them a quick look and followed up quickly with a fair quote. Scheduling was easy, they were communicative, showed up early (after giving me a heads up), completed the work quickly and were friendly. And everything works how it's supposed to! Seems simple but I've found that good contractors can be hard to come by. I highly recommend Sundog!

Luis did a great job, and we all love our new pantry light. He was very thorough in explaining all the options for installation. His work was very neat, and he vacuumed all dust. Also, he discovered that the fan that needed a connection to an existing switch had a bad motor and needed to be replaced. He left the $85 charge on the invoice instead of raising it to your normal price for investigation of a problem. Overall, I highly recommend Sundog, and especially Luis. Thanks!

The guy that prepared the estimate had several helpful suggestions for a simpler installation of track lights, saving money and avoiding wallboard repairs. The installers worked well, did good work and left the rooms clean. All around good experience.

Another company said we needed a full panel upgrade. Got a second opinion instead. Turned out the real problem was overloaded circuits and a couple of melted wires in a junction box not the panel at all. Fixed on the spot, no upgrade needed.
